Q: How to I activate a product?
A: See the Purchasing and Activation page for details on product activation.
Q: Do I need to install any software?
A: You will need a web browser to view Absorb units (e.g., Explorer, Firefox). Also, to use the media items within the Absorb units, you will need to install:
- Absorb Viewers: for using interactive simulations
- Flash Player: for using animations, videos, and graphics

Q: Does Absorb work on a Mac?
A: Absorb units will work on a Mac, except for the simulations, which require an Absorb Viewer. Unfortunately, the Absorb Viewers are only for PCs. The other media items (e.g., animations, videos, graphics) will work on a Mac.
