Explaining reaction rates and concentration

Added by Lawrie Ryan on Feb 27, 2008

An animation illustrating why concentration of the reactants effects the reaction rate. A stylised microscopic view of a reactant in a solution demonstrates that the greater the concentration, the greater the number of collisions and hence the faster the reaction.
